On Sunday the 22nd of October, the pupils, parents and staff of Réalt na Mara GNS and Réalt na Mara BNS met on Laytown/Bettystown Beach for our annual sponsored walk. The sun shone and everyone enjoyed the 5k walk and chat. There were even homework passes on offer for the children who completed the walk. It was a great day and funds have been raised for both schools. We wish to thank the Parent's Council for organising this event and the school community for supporting our cause.
